Chairman of the Board of Trustees: Boys Town of Florida
Central Florida Demetree Campus located in Oviedo, Fla., is the second largest Boys Town facility in the country, servicing 1,400 severely at-risk children and families through emergency shelters, residential care and community outreach, designed to provide care while emphasizing the family structure through the use of residential care in a family teaching environment. Have served on the board for 4 years.

Previous Business Accomplishments:
Prior to launching Rhythm & Blues, Rick was Director of Worldwide Training, Education and Consulting for Seagate Software, establishing the division in 1996 and launching startup and strategic partnerships throughout central and northern Europe, Australia and Canada from 1996 to 1999. Following the acquisition of Seagate by VERITAS Software in 1999, Rick served as Director of American Operations for Education Services establishing new operations and revenue opportunities in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil and finally as Director for Global Strategic Business Development for the education division of VERITAS developing and negotiating service and delivery related contracts in the F100 software market space.

Rick is married to Brenda Hayes Brown and has three sons, Justin, Sean and Brendan and 2 wonderful grand children; Haylee Elizabeth and Jack.  Brenda is very active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors of the Oviedo Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Seminole Cultural Arts Council, the UCF Community Council, the UCF Town and Gown Council, and The Steinway Society and has launched, chaired and held various positions for The Winter Springs Festival of the Arts, now in its 3rd year.  Justin and Sean both currently live in the City of Winter Springs and work for Tijuana Flats in corporate positions while Brendan and his girlfriend Nikki live in Winter Park and work for Hollywood Bistro here in Winter Springs and Rollins College respectively.
